The whole Anwar sodomy drama hinges on one crucial question. Did he do it or not?

Perhaps the alleged sodomy did take place but there was not enough proof, as implied by the two Federal Court judges who freed Anwar. Then Anwar must be one lucky chap who got away from the law.

Alternatively, the whole debacle could have been a high-level conspiracy as suggested by Anwar. But it must have required significant resources to stage evidence of sodomy, adultery, and power abuse to topple the second-in-command of the country.

It must have involved substantial financial resources and political power to influence witnesses, book writers, judges and other experts in the court.

It must have involved many people - politicians, government officials and lay people. It shouldn't be too difficult to find a lead to shed light on this mega-conspiracy.

I say we expose this conspiracy (if there ever was one). It is not good enough for Anwar to walk free because doubt that he is a criminal lingers on.
