I refer to your news report Mahathir says 'homosexual' Anwar finished .

Either Dr M has a deep personal grudge against Anwar or his main criteria for a Malaysian leader is only someone who is not a homosexual. Even though Anwar has been acquitted by the courts, it looks like that he has to be further 'acquitted' by Dr M. Of course, it does not matter if Dr M refused to testify in court with the 'concrete evidence' that he is supposed to have had.

After ruling Malaysia for more than 20 years, Mahathir is admitting his failures with statements like: 'So if you feel like murdering, come to Malaysia'.

But I thought you can also do many other things in Malaysia including getting involved in corruption, money politics, cheating in elections, nepotism, croynism ... the list can just go on.

All these negative values reached new heights when Mahathir was on the pedestal. Mahathir definitely does not understand what good human or Malaysian values a leader must have.

Probably Mahathir's only criteria for a good Malaysian leader is someone who will protect him and his family and, of course, it must not be Anwar Ibrahim.
