No matter how big their divergence was,
We see that,
Interests always prevail and outweigh initial principles.

Indeed, both of them bury the hatchet.
However,
In this field full of vagaries,
The “capricious wind” is inevitable as well.

Though they own respective interest and motive,
I must say,
The alliance is still encouraged and bringing about positivity.
If the ally is our last resort,
As a loyal citizen,
I would rather support this,
Than see our nation deteriorating endlessly.

Curry favour for greater interest?
In my opinion,
This type of “flattery” is still acceptable,
If it compares with another type of blandishment,
Which is intervening in and making use of other country’s internal issue,
To swindle specific religious group’s votes.

Lest we forget,
The one who produced “cultural hegemony”,
Should have the responsibility to compensate about what he did.

Our enemy’s enemy has become a friend of ours.
But in view of the fact that,
The supremacy of interest is pervasive,
My kind reminder is,
Affiliation and treachery may happen,
Whenever necessary.
