When MIC's S Sothinathan went against government policy, he gets suspended without pay. When Noh Omar behaves like a thug and then claims that he was misquoted by the press, when he was actually telling a lie, he gets a mild tongue lash.

Sothinathan would have caused no monetary loss to the country. Nor Omar's behaviour can translate into many millions of loss and resulted in unwanted, and shameful ticking off by China. Why the double standards, Pak Lah?

Noh Omar actually needs the sack on the spot for doing untold damage to Malaysia's slogan of being "truly Asia". If you don't want to sack him, then send him to the Agriculture Ministry where he can vent his frustration at the palm oil trees! There you can strip search as much as you want.
