PAS participates in Malaysia electoral process, a process that is supposedly founded on the principles of democracy, freedom of speech and religion.

Yet PAS' avowed aim is to set up an Islamic state, one that is in opposition to the entire democracy that they hope to gain power from in the first place. What PAS proclaims to do is tantamount to going against the constitution and smacks of treason.

They should all be rounded up and banned from politics for good. Alas, the BN government will not do that, else they would not have a bogeyman to scare the rest of the constitution-abiding citizens of Malaysia. It serves the BN's interests to keep PAS alive.
