I am very disappointed that the government has make such an irrational and thoughtless decision as to raise the price of fuel so drastically. What happen to the government coffers?

The citizens are demanding an answer from the prime minister. His delay in explaining is that he is soul searching for a good reason. The government is lucky that they are governing Malaysians as it is well-known that in neighbouring countries, the people will take to the streets to overthrow the authorities.

The poor, the handicapped and the senior citizens will never forgive such an irresponsible government as Malaysia's. This time the rakyat will not work with the PM. Where has all the country's wealth gone to and into whose pocket? Look at Singapore. They are without crude oil resources but take note of their foreign reserves.

I feel very guilty now to have voted in the last election. I advocate that all good citizens vote out Barisan Nasional at the next election.

Unfortunately, we Malaysian have very short memories. Still, let every one stand up and say something in protest through the media for them to hear. What are our representatives doing? For the next few days, they will be non-committal, I'm sure.
