Darshan Singh Khaira's letter explains it all. No doubt Dr Mahathir Mohamad should be given the trust to lead future negotiations with Singapore. It does not mean Pak Lah's cabinet must abide by his rules. But at least he knows more behind Tanjung Pagar and the water issues.
