With reference to the letter AirAsia passengers need the rotan , please allow me to make a suggestion.
The problem really is a lack of sequencing for the boarding process for AirAsia flights.
If passengers were to be given a boarding number when they check in on a first-come-first-served basis, the boarding staff can later ensure a boarding sequence based on this numbered queuing system.
In other words, the earlier you check in, the earlier you board, the better the chance of getting the seat you prefer.
That should take care of the rush for seats, minus the cane.
