It is nice to hear that a plea of 'stop fighting' is coming from a bumi (sorry for using such a term). It is a well known fact that the NEP has caused more damage to the Indians compare to other races. You might say that I am a racist but who has contributed to this?

How many people on the street would say that he/she is a Malaysian? I can bet that only a handful of them would. We would always claim that I am Malay, Chinese or Indian. Again who has contributed to this?

It`s true that social problems, ie, gangsterism are on the rise amongst Indians compared to other races. We should look at why this is happening. Of course, the so-called MIC claims that they are championing the plight of the Indians. Only God knows in what way.

I believe that if all the privileges enjoyed by the bumiputeras are extended to us, then I am very sure the infighting among the Indians will reduce tremendously. With the current limited opportunities being given to Indians, what choice do they have?

So long as opportunities are tight, then the fight among the Indians will go on.
