I refer to Tan Sri Dr BC Sekhar's arguments for keeping our rubber research centre in London. Is there anyone running this country with some semblance of intelligence?

How can the government even consider destroying a research centre of excellence in favour of a sports centre?

If they do, they betray their 'Third World mentality' and obviously have no clue about how to develop a First World infrastructure for the future.
