I refer to the letter Not 'enriched' by MAS frequent flyer by Anthony Unsworht and Chew So Sing.
This is nothing unusual about the problems with MAS Enrich programme. Not responding to either faxes or emails are just the norm. That is why MAS is known worldwide as Mana Ada System!
I have many similar encounters with MAS Enrich programme too, so much so I am totally disillusioned with it.
I am also a member of SIA (Singapore Airlines) KrisFlyer programme but they are totally different from MAS Enrich. I emailed KrisFlyer once to enquire about redeeming my points and within hours I received their reply via email giving all the required information. That's the different between a world-class airline compared to a 'self-acclaimed' world-class airline.
