I refer to the malaysiakini report Nalla asks supporters for time which in no uncertain terms confirms that ex-PKR bigwig KS Nallakaruppan cannot survive politically standing alone. It is easy for him to leave PKR, but now, without a clear agenda, avenue and political charisma, Nalla is on the road to nowhere.

Those few Indians who believed in him will soon find that without PKR, Nalla is a lost force. His attempt, if any, to join other political parties will backfire because his political history is wrought with defections and lack of commitment.

Nalla's exit from PKR augurs well for PKR. Such leaders who do not have the foresight and visionary future will be of no added value to the party. It will be better for the Indians to work with PKR or other political parties against the political dictatorship of Umno/BN.

It will be futile for the Indians to expect PKR to deliver the goods for the Indians at this point in time. It must first be strengthened and all must rally behind Anwar Ibrahim because such a strong leader for the opposition must be capitalised upon and the opportunities must be seized. This instead of running away just because you were denied a position.

Indians must see the bigger picture and not create squabbles which will further weaken their struggle for a better future.
