I refer to the letter Koreans not taken by force from their homes .

I am sad if Arbibi Ashoy represents the majority opinion of Malaysians. The South Korean contingent was a non -governmental organisation giving aid and assistance to a war-torn country, to offer love where only hate rules.

The current situation is very similar to the desperate conditions faced by the South Koreans after proselytizing Korean War in which over six million civilians lost their lives.

Arbibi is combining two different issues into one unfortunate conclusion. He is associating the religious backgrounds of these victims with humanitarian assistance. Although it is true that these individuals are of a Christian background, Christianity is never a religion of compulsion, and I doubt that their major activity would have been proselytizing.

I have only admiration for those families whom have withstood the loss of loved ones, and an admiration for the group of 23 South Koreans who had the intensity, passion and faith to believe that they could help improve the human condition in Afghanistan.
