The current senior leaders of Umno, MCA, Gerakan, DAP, Keadilan and others are taking advantage and manipulating young leaders as they know that these young leaders do not have the capacity to fight against them.

S Samy Vellu is a very good example of this. If he finds anyone smart and courageous enough to question him, he will find ways to terminate him/her from the party. The time has come for his authoritative style of leadership to go.

I completely agree that it time for the MIC chief to move aside for someone more capable and willing to struggle for the people. I have written more than 10 letters to Samy Vellu when I was sacked from MIC London for fighting for the people. He did not even bother to reply because no one can question him or his party. Everyone has to be his servant and that is exactly what all our current MIC leaders are doing.

If Samy Vellu really cares for the Indians, he should step aside as soon as possible and allow someone more capable to take over. I am very sure he will not do that as he knows that he has not trained anyone capable of taking over. Samy has to realise that he is elected by people to serve them and when the people who elected you are not happy with you, you have to step down. Please do not embarrass yourself until you are forced to step down.

Samy Vellu has to realise that when he departs from this world, he is not going to take any power or wealth along with him. The least he can do is something good for the people. Step down and use the money gained to help them. Just look at Dr Mahathir Mahathir today, no one bothers about him. The same thing will happen to Samy Vellu soon.
