The Bukit Selambau state seat in Kedah and Bukit Gantang federal seat in Perak will go to the polls tomorrow with Pakatan Rakyat being tipped by observers as marginal favourite to defeat Barisan Nasional and retain both constituencies, albeit with lower majorities.
