Phantom voters never fail to haunt elections in Malaysia and today opposition party DAP claimed that the electoral roll for tomorrow's Ketari by-election has an 'unusual' increase of voters in Genting Highlands.

Party national publicity secretary Ronnie Liu said there was an increase of 300 voters in the popular hill resort and casino which is a traditional Barisan Nasional stronghold.

"You know, nobody stays there, except for the staff," he told malaysiakini when met in Ketari, Pahang.
