your say If the readers supported Pakatan before reading the book, they will likely still support Pakatan after reading it. The same goes for the Barisan supporters. I hope this book isn't banned.'

Poison-pen books attack Anwar, S'gor MB

Amir Othman : It's just a book. If the contents are bad, people won't buy it. Nothing to worry about, I suppose. If the readers supported Pakatan before reading the book, they will likely still support Pakatan after reading it. The same goes for the Barisan supporters.

I hope this book isn't banned. Reading Mein Kampf doesn't make you a Nazi, does it?

Chee Hoe Siew : Seems to me that BN is recycling its tactics in getting rid of its opponents. The question is: will it work this time? Will people bother to read the book? Probably the only one who will be brief about the book would be MACC and police because they need to align themselves to attack the opposition.

Fairnessforall: Thankfully, these days there are many smart Malays who are able to think for themselves. This guy claims that Anwar will sell Malaysia. I think the writer himself does not care about the future of his grandchildren. I won't even waste my time reading trash like that.

Collie Gan:

The people have better sources for information via other media like Malaysiakini to get the facts and decide for themselves now.

Rentap Koppel: What about the Dayaks of Sarawak and the Dusuns and Muruts of Sabah? We are in an even worse situation compared with the Malays because of Umno.

Umno's self-serving theme is that Umno is Malay and Malay is Umno. What has this brought the Malays? Nothing more than the proverbial shirts on their backs while the Umnoputras grew rich on AliBabaism while riding on the Malays.

The Malays are increasingly in danger of becoming irrelevant in an increasingly globalised world if Umno continues to control their destiny.

Anwar spells new hope for the Malays and this is seen as a threat by the Umnoputras to their selfish interests. Enough is enough. Not only the Malays but others too need to get rid of Umno once and for all. 50 years is too long.

Loyal Malaysian : Because the books are attacking the PKR leadership, no police action shall be forthcoming. These Umnoputras are so used to having their own way that they cannot even bear the semblance of justice and fair play of the PKR leadership. Let's hope the rakyat will not be so easily misled!

Jerry Tan : Only cowards would take the time and effort to publish rubbish like this! They're the ones deserving to be charged with sedition!

Vote For A Change : I will not trust and will not read books where the author and publisher do not publish their names. Enough said.

Melayuk: Evidently propaganda via Utusan Malaysia and Berita Hairan is proving ineffective, thus the need to circulate books whose authors would rather remain anonymous.

The Chinese are concerned about the possibility of Umno and PAS holding talks? Hellooooo. Millions of anti-Umno Malays are concerned too - as that is a transparent ploy by Umno to hang on to power.

As it scrapes the bottom of the barrel for more racial divide-and-rule tactics, truly Umno has shown itself to be bankrupt in ideas and bankrupt in ideals. Then again, what can one expect from a party which sees it fit to field a disbarred lawyer as an election candidate?

And to those behind the books, in this holy month of Ramadan, ‘teruskanlah memfitnah demi fitnah demi fitnah mengumpul dosa'.

Khor Joo Hong: We must read it (the book), for only then we will know what our enemies are up to. Only then will we be able to prepare ourselves for any dirty onslaught. We have to know our enemies like the back of our hand. Only then we'll be able to counter whatever venom they intend to spew.

By reading the opening few paragraphs that is being quoted here alone, any right minded member of the human race will immediately know that the author(s) have got it all wrong - this is not about the man called Anwar Ibrahim, this is about a country called Malaysia.

Anwar is but the name and human that embodies the cry of all Malaysians - for a fair and competent country where everyone is constantly moving forward. What shameful level of intelligence.

Gulli: Desperate men during desperate times will use desperate measures.

Dood: I've little patience for racist people and their literature. I only care for one race - the human race. Anyone else promoting racist rubbish is a traitor to humanity.

Dr Jacob George : Come Aug 31st - 1Malaysia is 52 and here we have some 'racists tong sampah' politicians doing what they do best - split the nation for their own selfish political agenda! Doesn't the person behind it have any fear for God Almighty?

Tan Kian Khim : Selangor opposition leader Mohd Khir Toyo's slimy fingerprints are all over this one. The only thing missing is his face.
