The Selangor state assembly's Select Committee on Competence, Accountability and Transparency (Selcat) will also determine if there were misappropriation in allocation of funds for its own Pakatan state assemblypersons from last year until the first quarter of 2009.
The public hearing will be chaired by state assembly speaker Teng Chang Khim from Sept 8 to 11 and Sept 15 at the state secretariat building.
Also present will be state district officers who will give an account of how BN state assemblypersons are said to have wiped out their allocations within the first three months of 2008 before the general election.
The Selangor government alleged that 203 requests for district funds were approved within a day and funds were also approved after parliament was dissolved on Feb 13.
Two other PR state assemblypersons will be called in to testify on the matter.
'Sabotage against me'
One of them is believed to be state exco in charge of local councils Ronnie Liu.
When contacted, Liu was surprised that two Pakatan representatives will also be called in for the hearing.
"I did not receive any notice to attend for the hearing," he said.
"The attempt to implicate me with the alleged abuse of funds is a malicious work... done by people trying to sabotage me," he added.
He said that he will attend the hearing as he had nothing to hide.
He admitted that he had used up almost 90 percent of his RM600,000 yearly allocation in the last eight months, blaming it on the need to spend on his constituents in Klang.
"I only fulfil people's needs. Is that wrong?" he asked.
In March, the first public hearing was held to probe into alleged sponsorship by state government subsidiary companies of the Wives of Selangor Welfare and Assemblymen and MPs Charity Organisation (Balkis) that stirred a hornet's nest.
