your say 'Kugan's death was a murder. It was classified as such by the attorney-general himself.'

Kugan's case: Cop charged, pleads not guilty

The Bogel Truth : Kugan's death was a murder. It was classified as such by the attorney-general himself.

Kugan died after giving the police some valuable insights into how luxury cars were stolen. He died in the custody of the police, and therefore the police are responsible. For them to now hide behind the samples of his DNA is totally unacceptable.

With all this in place, how do we trust such a police force and how do we trust the police chief whose term has been extended twice? Aren't there any other capable men in the force to take over, or is he being kept there because he has been Umno's good boy all this while?

Anak Desa : Kugan's family should file a complaint against the Malaysian government with the United Nations Human Rights Commission and let all the news channels carry the news.

I may not agree with Kugan's job but a human life shouldn't be taken away just like that by the cops and their cohorts.

P Dev Anand Pillai: If the Indians can still vote for the BN after witnessing how the OCPD of Brickfields screamed at the group who tried to present a petition to the king, then there is nothing that can be done to help them.

PMs can come and go, MIC chiefs can come and go, Indian-based parties can come and go but if the Indians still keep voting the BN, then they will keep us where they feel is right - at the bottom.

What happened to Kugan can happen to any Indian family who have sons and if we do not react to this, the police will feel that their treatment of those who are in their custody is right.

Smc77 : I am speechless to see the development of this case. Let us vote the BN out and bring the justice to Kugan and his family even if this means that we need to fire half of the police force to clean up the whole system.

Loyal Malaysian : My battle cry has been justice for Teoh Beng Hock! But it is also justice for Kugan and all suspicious police custodial victims. Why the intolerance? Why the high-handed measure to deny the family of solace knowing they have appealed to the highest authority of our country?

Koh Jen Yen : I guess it is indeed too much to ask, especially the suspect is the police themselves. I guess this is a win for selective policing.

Louis: Looks like the other policemen are saints. They did not contribute to Kugan's injuries. By just taking a cursory glance on Kugan's body, his multiple injuries cannot be the work of one person alone.

Only the AG believes that it is. Who on earth can believe that Navindran did it alone? Only fools!

PGKIA: This looks really funny and fishy. After so long, only did the AG decided to charge the police officer. Does it coincide with the Bagan Pinang by-election? Do they do all these drama now because Bagan Pinang has 20 percent Indian voters?

Arun Paul: Somehow I find Abdul Gani's explanation hard to swallow and above all else they get an Indian cop as the fall guy!

Trigem: I do not believe only one person was involved. Even if it is so, why would the police department did not immediately attend to Kugan's injury? Surely he must have been agonising in lockup. Don't you think the police department is responsible?

Justgreat: What a wonderful story. I agree that if the Indian community buys this story that only one person is guilty and an Indian at that, then you deserve what's coming to you. These people had nine months to study this case from all angles and then come up with a story to tell the people.

It is sad that the Malaysian judiciary and worse, an AG who is supposed to uphold the sanctity of law, are the people being used by the present government to hoodwink the rakyat .
