Umno Youth deputy chief Razali Ibrahim welcomed his number one Khairy Jamaluddin's call for a shift in thinking to further strengthen the movement.

Razali, who is also the deputy youth and sports minister, described his chief's speech as pro-active which, unlike past speeches, called for the fostering of closer relations with the other races.
