The MIC is confident the BN will recapture the Hulu Selangor parliamentary seat in the by-election on April 25, MIC vice-president Dr S Subramaniam said today.

He said a majority of the estimated 12,000 Indian voters in the constituency now backed the BN after having switched allegiance in the general election in 2008.
