Phillip Among @ Daniel Dell Fidelis, 41, a key aide of outgoing Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) vice president Jeffrey Kitingan, quit from the party late yesterday evening with immediate effect. Among is Jeffrey's special assistant.
