MCA video implies DAP 'only knows how to talk'

Year in and year out, deserving Chinese students have been rejected places in local universities and PSD (Public Service Department) scholarships with MCA having to 'fight' for them and crowing about it.

If MCA is truly an equal partner in BN and subscribes to meritocracy, such a situation need not occur. But no, MCA which claims to represent the Chinese, is merely a stye in Umno's eye, irritating but will soon go away.

Ironically, the Peter Principle (in a hierarchy, every employee tends to rise to their level of incompetence) seems to betide MCA at every twist and turn of events.

Their leaders' utterances, actions and omissions in support of the flip-flop Umno only serve to attract ridicule and derision.

Instead of reinventing and redeeming itself and truly projecting itself as a guardian of the Chinese Malaysians after GE12, MCA has further alienated itself from the Chinese who see MCA as a stooge at Umno's beck and call.

Come GE13, MCA will ignominiously fade away from the political landscape for sure.

Onyourtoes: Even in festive greetings, MCA has to come up with all these insinuations and innuendoes. Never mind that the younger brother found the cleaning ineffective and unproductive.

So he went off quietly, using his influence and power, and got the workers to clean up the whole house. It was not shown in the video because the camera's battery ran out.

CHKS: Doing work is not the issue. I thought if you give enough candy to a kid, he will also do what you tell him. If you domesticate a dog, he will also do what you tell it. The question is what kind of work?

DAP not doing work? You must be joking. Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua, who goes around exposing various wrongdoings, including the recent KR1M products, is one fine example.

If it were MCA, maybe it's a 'yes sir' answer to the big boss. Hey MCA, how many times do we have to tell you to clean up your own backyard first before commenting on others?

V4V: Well, well, I suggest MCA leaders, notably the president (Dr Chua Soi Lek), take a good hard look at the mirror.

If nothing more, they have been issuing laughable challenges to Pakatan Rakyat (especially the DAP), constantly spewing empty rhetoric and incessantly beating their chests crowing about nothing.

Politely put, they talk 'male hen' language. Unfortunately, MCA is no cock of the roost. You don't fool us.

Jeremy Ng: Luckily, we have DAP doing all the talking and exposing. And despite this, MCA leaders still continue to do work for their personal gain.

MCA has totally played out the Chinese in particular, and all Malaysians in general. Therefore, after this Chinese New Year celebration, MCA should be removed from continuing to play this role.

CiViC: It's good to have such videos, it reminds Malaysians of MCA and BN. If it was never made clear, that the red and blue are depicting opposing political parties, the first thing that comes to mind is that the video is actually talking about MCA.

This one will backfire on you, MCA, and it's going to be painful. That's the price to pay for following Umno-BN's same old dirty tricks. They don't work anymore.

Changeagent: I find it absolutely ironic that MCA would broach the topic of house cleaning when its own house is in absolute tatters.

Perhaps they should clean up the PKFZ debacle, Tourism Minister Ng Yen Yen's RM1.8 million splurge on a Facebook page or Health Minister Liow Tiong Lai's Toyota Alphard scandal, among their many other messes, before taking potshots at DAP.

Anonymous_05: We want MCA to keep its promise that it will quit all government posts if it is to do worse electorally compare to the 12th general election (GE) in 2008.

And we promise that it will be out of the government come GE13. DAP has set a high standard in performance and efficiency, and we intend to keep it that way, nothing less.

2CTS WORTH: Good show, MCA, for depicting the industry of Pakatan. It's magnanimous of you to highlight your opponents' good qualities, but please get the colours right.

Change Agent : In the video, the mother also wears red. That means she supports DAP. Even her pail and the cleaning cloth are red, inferring that she's a super hardcore DAP supporter.
