The High Court in Kuala Lumpur has ordered businessman Low Thiam Hoe and Mekuritek Sdn Bhd to pay RM28.59 million each to Hong Leong Finance Berhad (HLFB) for failing to repay a syndicated loan facility amounting to RM445 million, 14 years ago.
