The Women's Centre for Change (WCC) has ticked off a Penang High Court judge for remarks made in dismissing the conviction of a kindergarten owner for raping a four-year-old girl.

In a statement yesterday, WCC, which held a watching brief for the case, said the remarks were "insulting" and "gender insensitive".
