An alleged suicide letter left by Pengeran resident Pang Jing Rong who committed suicide together with his wife and son on the first day of 2013, indicated that the suicide is not related to the land acquisition to make way for the RM60 billion Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (Rapid) project.
