YOURSAY 'The case will go on with or without Suaram, and Najib's head is now on the guillotine which will fall on him in a matter of time.'

French judges 'meant to process' Altantuya's murder

your say CQ Muar: With such a scandalous publicity on the Scorpene affair, why don't they take legal action for defamation?

For those involved - former defence minister and now Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, the lawyer accused of tampering statutory declarations, and now arms deal negotiator Jasbir Singh Chahl - isn't this an opportune time to strike back?

Even those in Umno and cronies preferred abnormal silence on the scandal, which involved the top man in government - PM Najib Razak (albeit the defence minister at the point of time).

Does silence tantamount to admission of guilt? Come on, the ball is in your court, and this moment provides rare opportunity to retaliate to prove your 'innocence' as claimed.

As for French lawyer, William Bourbon, get hell out from those responsible for that helpless and defenceless victim, Altantuya Shaariibuu.

May her soul and spirit return to seek vengeance on all her merciless and inhuman murderers.

Harapanbaru: The Altantuya-Scorpene affair has been swept under the carpet in Malaysia because not only Najib and his then confidant Abdul Razak Baginda are involved - but the deal was originally initiated in 2002 when Dr Mahathir Mohamad and Daim Zainuddin were still in power. Connect the dots.

Mohamad Abdul Malik: Now who is this Jasbir anyway? Was he part of any ‘kementerian' (ministry)?

If he is just an outsider, does he have any authority to 'speak out' on behalf of the Malaysian government.

It's a bit suspicious when you have a third party to speak up on behalf of somebody when the accused person or ‘kementerian' choose to remain silent.

Headhunter: They can put in all the spins they want. The thing is that nobody believes any of them because the stories kept changing and are not borne out by facts.

The case will go on with or without Suaram, and Najib's head is now on the guillotine which will fall on him in a matter of time. One can't imagine how he could sleep at night.

Toonarmy: William Bourdon, please ensure the findings of the French judges are publicised to the world.

The majority of Malaysians want Altantuya's murderer(s) and the corrupt people who stole our taxpayers' money to be internationally exposed as the criminals that they are.

The beauty is that nobody from Umno can do a single thing to stop the investigation in France. Unlike Altantuya, these French judges can't be C4ed to maintain silence.

You can be privileged and immune in this country but not in the eyes of the French judges. The truth will be revealed.

Hajile Leumas: All sins can be hidden from man but the Almighty God sees everything, even the thoughts and intents of those with wicked heart.

The culprits who were directly or indirectly involved with the murder of Altantuya can escape the clutches of man but they will never be able to escape from their conscience, which will haunt them until they are laid six feet under.

And even after death their soul and spirit will be tormented day and night throughout eternity in hell. It is more terrible to fall into the hands of the righteous God.

Hang Babeuf: It is all "above board". Rest assured. The government and its leaders say so. And they must know. They are the Board. They direct it all. Always have. Including in this instance.

Flyingeagle: Jasbir said "Altantuya was not involved in the case" then why was she C4ed, and why was her immigration entry records delected? Can the Immigration director-general give the Malaysians an answer?

Rick Teo: Jasbir is trying to bluff the Malaysian public. He is trying to protect the real actors behind the Scorpene deal. What credentials does Perimeker has to provide coordination services?

Anonymous_40f4: In Malaysia, one can get away with murder. It has been seven years since Altantuya@Aminah was shot twice and her body blown up with military explosive C4 but the real mastermind behind the murder has not been found by the police.

Do we live in a lawless country?

Lim Chong Leong: Remember Abdul Razak Baginda's wife said at the start of the murder trial that her husband was not the one seeking to be PM?

How did Razak Baginda manage to do things to immigration records or order UTK (special action unit) around? How did they get army explosives?

Jasbir should be answering all these and not say that the submarines look attractive.

Plainly: Clearly, this Scorpene episode stinks of sex, corruption and murder - all the elements for a great movie.
