The Sessions Court in Shah Alam today acquitted and discharged Mohd Yahya Mat Sahri, former special officer to the Selangor menteri besar, of a charge of using a forged document related to the opening of a bank account for the Selangor Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), in 2008.
