Former Kuala Lumpur CID chief Mat Zain Ibrahim has been questioned by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on his controversial statutory declaration, particularly on his claim of money having been transferred to a foreign bank account after Malaysia lost Pulau Batu Puteh.

He went into the Putrajaya MACC headquarters at 10am yesterday and came out only at 7pm.
