Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin has denied that the Bantuan Rakyat 1Malaysia (BR1M) cash aid programme will add to the country's financial burden, as claimed yesterday in a blog-posting by former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
