Former inspector-general of police Musa Hassan and DSP Jude Pereira may be investigated for not lodging a police report on the claim that Pereira was asked to allege that opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim is a victim of political conspiracy.

Police sources told Malaysiakini that failure to file a report on this matter amounted to suppressing a crime.
