Johor Menteri Besar Mohamed Khaled Nordin has today signalled that there are fissures in Umno, following the ouster of Muhyiddin Yassin as deputy prime minister.

Since Muhyiddin's removal, political developments in Johor have come under the spotlight. Johor is not only Muhyiddin's home state but also the birthplace of Umno and its first president.

And if recent events are any indication, it might even be the birthplace of Umno's latest revolt.
