S'pore urged to grant lawyers access to death row inmate
Singapore has been urged to allow lawyers of death row prisoner S Prabagaran to meet with him.
Lawyers N Surendran and Latheefa Koya said Singapore Prison Services had issued a letter on Feb 13 rejecting their application to meet with their client.
