DAP's Kulai parliamentarian Teo Nie Ching has questioned Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s seemingly close involvement in her party's issues with the Registrar of Societies (ROS).

Her concerns come after Ahmad Zahid called on DAP leaders to cease speculation that the party might be outlawed by the ROS, and said that he would be meeting with director-general of the ROS Mohammad Razin Abdullah on this matter next week.

“If indeed there is no conspiracy to de-register DAP, why does ROS need to meet Ahmad Zahid to discuss the fate of DAP?” Teo asked in a statement today...
