An urgent motion by Salahuddin Ayub (PAS-Kubang Kerian) to debate the controversial appointment of Zaki Azmi as Federal Court judge met a dead end today as Dewan Rakyat speaker Ramli Ngah Talib decided the matter was of no urgency.
