These are the signs of a burgeoning spa industry. The practice of going to a spa, however, has been in existence since the beginning of time. Things like soaking in a hot spring, being wrapped in seaweed and using volcanic mud to deep cleanse are not new. So why this sudden surge in spas and alternative healthcare?
