The support for the criminal Anwar Ibrahim is viewed as shameful by all fair-thinking rakyat. Anwar is a criminal convicted of corruption and this is known to be a fact.

Just because a witness in his sodomy trial cracks under intensive badgering by smart lawyers, this does not provide a fair assessment of Anwar's innocence. Anwar has not been declared innocent of his crimes. The witness who spoke the truth has only been said to be 'unreliable' - not untruthful.

We should not distort this fact and continue to praise this man who together with his cronies are indirectly responsible for the Universities and Universities Colleges Act which still shackles our higher education students.

Anwar has still not paid for this crime of which the impact still persists with new generation of students continuing to suffer. He promised to repeal the Act if he became the education minister yet the first thing he did when he became the minister was to betray all of us and say that UCCA was needed.

Anwar uses people for his own ends. He did that to Abim, he did that to Ghafar Baba and he did it to all Malaysians when he formed an opposition front just to free himself. Opposition parties should be aware that he will work to undermine and destroy any opposition if he ever comes to power again in this country.

Anwar will be the major menace to this country in the future if we continue to support him. He has to be first punished for his corrupt and arrogant behaviour.
