The ruling party shows itself true to how it often acts in this incident.

It has become very predictable and I do not think the rakyat finds it humorous any more. They turn every controversy into an act against the religion of Islam, their race or the royalty. They put up a show of animalistic proportions, incite emotion and confusion among the people and then in the next act, the twitter-happy chief of police steps in, allegedly ordering an investigation into the supposedly seditious statements or acts which aroused these folks.

The politician is charged with sedition or the whistleblower gets arrested.

Malaysians have to ignore these childish, attention seeking wayward children who would stoop to any levels to ensure the continuity of their political masters. For where else will their bread come from if not the gravy train of Putrajaya?

As frustrating as it is to watch the use of government agencies to perpetuate their rule and to divert attention from their plunder, we right-thinking Malaysians of all races must not be divided. We must make every intention to foster the true spirit of Malaysia, the spirit of Muhibbah and camaraderie which the founding fathers and architects of Merdeka sought after.

We have to speak up, write and actively promote the idea of Malaysia. Let’s refrain from forwarding messages of fear that seek to promote suspicion among the races. Instead we hashtag #loveMalaysia #promoteunity #MalaysiaUnited #WeareMalaysians #endRacism

If the the ruling government insist on dividing us to rule, we shall unite to defy.

We, Malaysians, are a God-fearing people and if they do not the fear the people then they should fear God.
