Pakatan 'akin to' nationalist - communist alliance

What ‘independence' is she babbling about if we were not a British colony?

P Dev Anand Pillai: Wow, now they calling the Pakatan Rakyat coalition a communist alliance. If that is the case, why on earth are they doing business with China?

Isn't China run by the Communist Party of China? These academics are now caught in their own web of deception.

All this while, it was their version that has been taken as the gospel truth. But now since the people have the Internet and other sources to seek knowledge, these academicians are left bewildered.

Ramlah talks about Ahmad Boestaman as being an Indonesian migrant. If that is the case, what are the rest of our earlier leaders? Are any of them pure Malays - born and bred for at least three generations in Malaya?

If we do not have a two-party system, we will never see what the dumb academics will do to the kids that go to the universities to seek knowledge.

The Malays have to wake up and put an end to this social molding, which has made them so inverted in their thinking.

Quigonbond: Wow, such is the quality of our "academician", who can't tell the difference between Pakatan cooperation and communist party cooperation.

Here's laying it bare for Ramlah. The former uses non-violence to influence thought process to achieve an ideal end that encompasses all of Malaysians. They work within a corrupt system of governance, hopeful that the electoral process is still meaningful enough to bring change.

The communists, on the other hand, revolt and overthrow government by violent means. If Pakatan were communists, would we still have a peaceful albeit noisy political process?

Swipenter: Just like the British colonial masters were so adept in making the sultans believed that they were still the heads of the respective states, now academicians like Ramlah and Zainal Kling are trying to make us believe that we were never colonised at all.

Talk about not accepting facts and substance, but insisting on form - just like the BN. In fact and substance, BN is a one-party rule where Umno calls all the shots but in form all other partners are portrayed as having a meaningful role in the administration of the country.

The Umno political hegemony and colonial mindset is all set to end very soon.

Hmmmm: Looks like ‘Malaya Raya' will come to pass soon at the rate that we granting Indonesians citizenship.

Ex-SB: Communist 'subversives' in varsities

Quigonbond: This is nothing short of absurd. If there are communists in the universities, the vice-chancellor is doing a poor job. And how does this fellow know, unless the Special Branch (SB) is also in the university.

Are our students being watched? Is the federal government policing our thoughts? Perhaps ex-SB national director Zulkifli Abdul Rahman should also make clear which brand of communism he's talking about.

Is it the capitalistic type that's making its people rich but repressing human rights - the kind that Najib accepts; or is it Marxist - no religion, no possessions - the peasant kind, that attacks police stations in the name of fighting for independence?

One wonders why one is acceptable but not the other.

Sabahan: Zulkifli, you are an old man with probably filled with memories of yesteryear.

There are no real communists in this world, except in North Korea and Cuba. That 'communist' country, China, has one of the world's strongest economies and is wooed by nations all over the world.

United States will collapse if China sell their US bonds. Europe is trying to get China to help with their debt. Live your life in the past and leave the present and future to our young and forward-looking citizens.

Swipenter: Ex-SB Zulkifli is caught in a time warp. Many hundreds of thousands of Malaysians have been to China and other so-called communist countries and do you see any one of them coming back a communist?

Why waste time flogging a dead horse? If I want to read up on communism, I just go to the bookstore or the Internet. But that doesn't make me a communist.

Borg Kinaulu: I don't know who is more dangerous - the communists or racial extremists in hate groups like Perkasa - but at least we now know that the former SB director has confirmed that the communists are better educated.

Nasir Zihni Yusoff 3999: I listened to the Mat Sabu speech on YouTube. The name Mat Indera was not mentioned particularly. He was among the many names mentioned, and it was just a passing remark, nothing more.

Also, I attended his ceramah in Klang recently; he reiterated the same thing. The reason he highlighted those names was due to the thought that those names were omitted from the history of Malayan independence on purpose by Umno who claimed to be the only independence fighters, for its own political expedience.
