There is no need for the National Feedlot Corporation (NFC) to overreact to the preliminary proposal to charge its chairperson with criminal breach of trust (CBT) as it was just a suggestion to the attorney-general (AG), said Bukit Aman commercial crimes investigation department director Syed Ismail Syed Azizan.
