COMMENT When contradictions in the Rukunegara became obvious, it was back to the drawing board for the next big charter that could draw the people. This was not a vision that was envisaged by the BN. It was perhaps the tireless work of a think-tank and people like the late Noordin Sopiee who crafted this fresh vision.
