Rosmah, we’ll let the truth break all lies

YOURSAY ‘One only wonders why there are so many ‘lies’ about Rosmah.’

Rosmah: Your lies won't break me

Toffeesturn: PM’s wife Rosmah Mansor is surprised that today's youth are not reading mainstream newspapers.

I am not surprised that she reads mainstream newspapers - like any person in her situation she only likes good things said about her and her husband.

The fact that she is surprised that young people do not read mainstream papers goes to show that they are more intelligent then her, they do not take to subtle lying and in many cases downright lies.

Onyourtoes: All I know is the mainstream media are spewing venom and incendiary ranting day in and day out.

All I know is if ever I need to know who was travelling on official jet for some mundane and insignificant tasks, having endless holidays staying in luxurious suites, carrying expensive handbags, looking at million ringgit diamonds, getting unworthy honorary PhDs, putting cows in condos, the bizarre story of murder without murderers, a carpet trader who seemed so powerful, a private investigator and his family being put in exile for no apparent reason, two submarines purchased for exorbitant commission, et cetera, I just have to read online news.

Now you tell me which one the things I read is not true.

Kangkung: One only wonders why there are so many ‘lies’ about Rosmah. I think the Malay proverb “Kalau tidak ada angin, masakan pokok bergoyang” sums it up aptly.

Whatsup: Your lies won't break us too but make our resolve even stronger that Umno has to go.

It’s best you keep quiet instead of being so arrogant, thinking we rakyat are so stupid that we don't know what have been done.

CNHT: After watching the video of you commenting on the Japanese of not protecting their environment, I feel so ashamed.

You should not have said so about the Japanese people. It just shows the lack understanding about the things you talk about.

Dalvik: No action required here. Let the truth break every lies.

HC: The membership to the 'Hate Rosmah Club' in now closed due to overwhelming number of applications. If you haven't been given membership yet, please stop asking for one.

No, paying more money to me in the hope of joining isn't going to make any difference either. For unsuccessful applicants, please go start your own club.

Bukit Assek rep dies after long battle with cancer

David Dass: Fifty-four is a young age to die. Bukit Assek assemblyperson Wong Ho Leng, you have served the country well - with courage, integrity and dignity.

My condolences to your family. May God be with you and them at this difficult and sad time.

Msian: My deepest sympathy to Mrs Wong and family. Wong Ho Leng was a hero, and his contributions will forever be remembered by many Sarawakians.

I hope his work will inspire many others to carry on fighting for justice, fairness and righteousness. He was yet another towering Malaysian.

Dappy: It’s sad that Wong had lost the battle with Big C. We shall always remember him as a great hero of the people, especially in Sarawak.

It's a great loss to DAP and Pakatan Rakyat with his early demise at his prime age of 54 when he could have offered so much more.

My condolences to his wife and children who had stood and cared for him lovingly. May his soul rest in peace.

Negarawan: My deepest condolences to the family of saudara Wong Ho Leng. Your good work and sacrifices will not be forgotten. May your soul rest in peace.

The generosity of the Sarawak state government in supporting Wong's financial needs is exemplary.

Basically: He was a warrior who sacrificed his life fighting for us, in a very harsh and dangerous environment. We seldom appreciate the sacrifices that such people make to help Malaysia become a better place. He will be well remembered for his sacrifice.

My Opinion: Some good man die early whilst some still needed to be around to lead and guide the younger ones.

However, evil man as usual live long and prosper, leaving only a legacy of tyranny. God is really patience with humankind.

Bau: A good man through and through and a soldier of justice who was taken off the battlefield before he could celebrate the ultimate victory.

May his dream of a decent, just and enlightened Malaysia live on forever. Bless you, Wong Ho Leng.
