More allegations, Najib must be world’s unluckiest PM

YOURSAY | ‘Former AG Gani should have the courage to come out to tell the truth.’

'Kevin worked on PM and wife's case, initials on charge sheet'

Odin Tajué: The numerous dubitable, extraordinary - extraordinary as in irregular - events that have transpired following the Sarawak Report's disclosure of the charge sheet in question clearly point to the fact that the sheet did exist and that it was not of the wrong format as the Attorney-General's Chambers has claimed to controvert it.

We all know the US$681 million and the RM42 million cannot be anything but possibly illicitly-gotten money. The last AG, Abdul Gani Patail, knows the truth. But they are assured of his silence because, we can safely assume, they have him by his bollocks.

One trusts Charles Suresh Morais is intelligent enough to have made a copy of the contents of the thumb drive for insurance.

Saya Pun Nak Cari Makan: It takes a man to make such a serious allegation. His elder brother, Kevin Morais, has paid the ultimate price for being righteous.

With this revelation, those in the know have only one option - to tell the truth. At least Kevin would not die in vain.

And yes, Gani Patail, Kevin worked directly under you. Now that he is gone, you should have the courage to come out and tell the truth.

Otherwise, you will be living the rest of your life with the guilty conscience pricking you.

Jaycee: There are so many controversies and deaths occurring when Najib Razak is at the helm. Either the PM is the unluckiest person on earth or there is some truth to all of these allegations.

Good Man: Kevin’s brother must be grief-stricken to the core. He is confused, I guess. Or he must be hoodwinked by some politicians who are desperate to oust Najib.

SimonTi: Charles, fear God and please do justice to a good man, your innocent brother and all those innocent souls and the voiceless who were murdered and crying out for justice.

Your poor and hapless brother revealed all the vital information and evidence to you as he knew he would be the next potential target.

It is clear he wanted to reveal the evidence to you as he trusted you in the event he is murdered. Your brother is crying out to you to do justice so that his soul can be at rest and in peace.

May God protect you in seeking justice for your innocent brother, who is a victim of absolute greed and evil that is engulfing this nation.

BernieBaby: Charles, to convince the public, produce the other documents which have Kevin's initials on it. If the initials match, that itself should hammer the nail into the coffin.

Kevin's gone. You are a successful businessman in the United States, show the people that you are not in this for financial gain.

SusahKes: Yes, if you have any sort of good intentions on this yet another expose, do the right thing, reveal the contents of the pen drive.

You are in the United States now. If a chap like Alvin Tan could continue to taunt the Malaysian authorities with impunity, then I am pretty sure the US authorities would extend protection to you too.

Otherwise, most of us would conclude that you are just another addition in the long line of hagglers hoping to make a deal.

Res Ipsa: There is never such a thing as the perfect crime and hence the saying crime does not pay.

Who would have expected the draft charge sheet to relate back to Kevin if not for his alleged initials on the said paper? Everything is now slowly falling into place. No wonder it took the family so long to claim his remains.

RIP (rest in peace) Kevin, justice for your death will be served soon with all the current corroborating evidence, including the so-called pen drive in the US.

Maybe the time is now ripe for the former AG to lend further credence to this development to shame the devil beyond recognition.

Anonymous_1430119660: The plot thickens. Can Gani add to this as otherwise we might never know the full story

Hopefully, there is no second SD (statutory declaration) to retract the first. Lawyer Americk Singh had seen it before.

Brother: Kevin gave me info on probe on powerful individuals

Azlan Ahmad: If it is true that a pen drive containing investigative reports on certain powerful individuals is in the hands of someone outside the country, the development of this saga will make lawyers in this country have a field day because there will be suing and countersuing for millions and millions of dollars.

Mojo Jojo: Charles, release your information to The Wall Street Journal . I'm sure they will love to take another well-justified swipe at someone who isn't "famous enough" to sue the daily.

Headhunter: Can the guy who is keeping the pen drive be trusted? It must be worth tens of millions.

The wisest thing to do is to release it, the sooner the better. Once that pen drive disappears, so will you like Kevin. You are dealing with people who allegedly will not hesitate to make you disappear.

Bumiputhran: Charles, just release the contents instead of playing games with Malaysians. Get on with it. What are you hoping to gain by playing "hide and seek"?
