NWP leverage on GS Realty’s RM8 billion volume sales to launch its revolutionary one-stop solution property technology - PropNest

NWP Holdings Bhd (KLSE: 5025) (“NWP” or “Group”) will leverage on its Directors’ Dato Sri Kee Soon Ling and Yew Onn Chong vast experience from GS Realty Sdn Bhd’s (“GS Realty”) force that has produced an average yearly sales volume of RM8.0 billion to launch its PropNest.

This first and revolutionary one-stop solution (“PropNest”) offers integrated and comprehensive solutions to address the needs of the property industry, from disruptive innovation such as fintech solutions for property agencies, sharing economy to the traditional property transactions of sale, purchase and rental, as well as the management of the property itself.

PropNest is designed to streamline and connect processes for participants in all stages of the real estate industry, including developers, buyers, sellers, agencies, lenders and landlords.
