Student wellbeing is an integral part of the school’s educational approach, supported through a structured pastoral care system and dedicated support services. Each student will belong to a small pastoral community led by mentors who provide ongoing guidance and support. There would be trained first aiders, and access to a school counsellor providing confidential emotional support, ensuring students’ physical and emotional wellbeing are appropriately cared for.

CCKL will be led by Mr Paul Samuel, the Founding Head of School, a veteran educationist with decades of experience in British and international education across Europe, India, the Middle East, and North America. His career includes serving as the school principal of three established international schools in North America and Middle East. Under his leadership, the school aims to reflect the educational values and ethos of Cheltenham College UK, with a strong focus on leadership development, community values, and continuous learning.
