PACC Returns to Revolutionise Workplace Leadership

As global turbulence continues to test the limits of organisations worldwide, one question is rising to the top of every leadership agenda: how do you sustain performance when uncertainty becomes the norm?

With human capital as the critical lever of organisational success, the People & Culture Conference (PACC) returns for its third edition with a renewed energy, a sharper focus, and a stronger platform than before.

Taking place on 5–6 August 2026 at CCEC, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, PACC 2026 convenes C-Suite leaders, people and culture professionals, and HR practitioners at a pivotal moment where leadership can no longer rely on instinct alone. It demands intention.

“People will always be the most important asset of any company, which is a timeless truth,” says Star Wang, Ecolab’s Vice President of Human Resources, SEA & International Market Supply Chain, and a panel speaker at last year’s PACC. It is this belief that anchors the conference’s mission each year.

Since its inaugural edition, PACC has carved out a distinctive space for itself in the Malaysian corporate world as a hub for senior leaders to meet their peers to discuss human capital strategy and improve organisational culture.

This year, the conference stands on two revolutionary pillars: Leadership & Organisational Resilience, and Employee Experience & Psychological Safety, speaking directly to the challenges defining leadership in this digital era.

Together, they frame 9 innovative sessions that aim to empower business leaders, industry players, senior management, HR practitioners, and organisational culture experts with the knowledge and insights needed to drive and champion human capital transformation initiatives within their organisations.

What makes PACC truly unlike anything else in the region lies in its dedication to intimate conversations. There are no hollow panels, no recycled slides, and no speakers reading off a script. Most importantly, it is not designed to be a just-sit-down-and-listen type of event.

This reflects on the three different formats in which the sessions will be: Lightning Keynote Storytelling, Fireside Chats, and Case Study Sprints, each designed to offer open dialogues, candid discussions, and honest perspectives that are fast-paced, grounded, and immediately applicable.

You will be able to closely interact with 24 industry titans and subject matter experts from some of Malaysia’s most influential organisations: CIMB, Sunway, PETRONAS, Hong Leong Islamic Bank, Exxon Mobil, DHL Express, SD Guthrie, KWAP, TNB, BASF, Women In Tech, Awantec, PLUS Malaysia, and more.

With a strong roster of speakers representing various organisations and industries, delegates are able to gain not just inspiration, but practical strategies drawn from real transformation journeys that can be adapted within their own organisational contexts.

Beyond the sessions, PACC distinguishes itself as one of the few conferences in the region that deliberately embeds meaningful networking into its core experience, designed to help delegates move past surface-level introductions.

With only 300 seats open exclusively for delegates in senior leadership positions, delegates could focus on exchanging perspectives and collaboratively explore solutions to shared organisational challenges.

PACC 2026 is further strengthened by the support of leading organisations that are shaping the future of inclusive and sustainable workplaces, including LeadWomen, IWFCI, and MyCEB, alongside a growing ecosystem of partners advancing the people and culture agenda.

Behind PACC is the Malaysian Institute for Development of Professionals (MIDP), a leading and award-winning human capital transformation institute that has been driving people and culture excellence in Malaysia since 2010.

As the organiser and visionary force behind PACC, MIDP brings the same uncompromising rigour, intent, and depth that defines all of its work — translating strategy into real organisational change.

PACC is its most public expression of that mission: a stage for the entire industry to come together, challenge the status quo, and leave better equipped to build workplaces that truly work for people.

The People & Culture Conference 2026 is now open for delegate registration. Early bird prices are open until 30 April, with discounts available for group and MSME registrations.
