While Harapan’s manifesto comes closer to expressing the long-term aspirations of the rakyat, BN’s is a shameless litany of rewards protruding prominently out of the other more prosaic, pedestrian pronouncements telling the rakyat what they would get if they re-elected them into government yet again.
