I would like to add to the discussion as to the decline of our nation’s education standards. As I am in active service, I can only use a pseudonym.

I would like to refer to Stifled Citizen's letter entitled 'Why prevent students from going abroad?' which in response to the Higher Education Ministry's proposal to 'license' students going overseas.
