I should say that I have a high regard for M Bakri Musa's various essays but on this one (' Advice for PM's adviser '), I beg to differ.

With reference to Kevin Lim's and Steven Gradi's letter , I would suggest that Astro may have no legal basis for upgrading their subscription to the Emperor package.
