I refer to the Malaysiakini report Zul Noordin: I would quit PKR today .

Zulkifli Noordin is very honest and is genuine in his fighting. In fact, what he said has truth in it and many non-Muslims and some Muslims may not be aware of this. From the video , there are several questions that need to be answered. Some of them are:

1. Why is the term ‘Allah’ not used in other translations of the Bible such as in Hindi, Tamil, African languages, etc? Is it not wrong for the Christians to amend their Bible?

2. Is Allah a generic term for God or a specific name for a god? For example, Anwar is a specific name for a person and not a generic term for persons.

3. Why do Christian missionaries confuse the public with the term ‘Allah’? As a Sarawakian, I have seen Christian missionaries ‘going active’ in the public places in Kuching. Is this not wrong according to our constitution? What is the punishment for this wrongdoing?

4. Why are there conversion cases among the Muslims when the constitution prohibit this?

5. Will ‘hudud’ law be the solution for this ‘Allah’ issue? The Quran needs to be look at in totality. It does not prohibit non-Muslims from using the term ‘Allah’ but it does protect the name ‘Allah’.

I personally think it is the right time for the PAS members of Parliament to demand for ‘hudud’ law in the country for the Muslims.

6. Why is PAS is relatively silent on this ‘Allah’ issue? They did say the term‘Allah’ can be used by non-Muslims but did not elaborate on the conditions. Anwar Ibrahim is also playing safe by not mentioning the conditions. What are the conditions? Or will it be a blank cheque?

7. What do the pope, pastors and bishops in UK, America, and Europe say about using the word ‘Allah’ as a reference to God in the Bible?

I support Zulkifli Noordin. I will be one of his silent voters.
